collecting publicly available, non-personal data where the site allows it, and fixing collectors that broke. No login bypass, no getting around blocks.

Database troubleshooting

Postgres and MySQL/MariaDB. Slow queries, locks, failed migrations, backup and restore checks.

How it works

Tell us the problem. Use the form, email, or our Facebook Page. Describe what breaks, how often, and what it costs you.
Get a written review. Within 2-3 business days we send a short note: what we think is going on, what we would check first, and whether we can help.
Decide. If we can help and you want us to, we send a quote. If not, you still keep the review. No pressure either way.

Is the review really free?

Yes. You get a short written review by email. There is no call and no obligation.

What exactly do I get?

A few paragraphs: our read of the problem, what we would check first, whether it is something we can take on, and if so a rough idea of the size of the job.

How fast will you reply?

Within 2-3 business days. We take only a few reviews each week. If we are full, we tell you when we can look.

What should I not send?

Passwords, API keys, tokens, customer personal data or production database dumps. Error messages, screenshots with personal data removed, and a description are enough.

Do you need access to my systems?

Not for the review. If we work together later, we agree on a written plan first and prefer a staging copy or read-only access.

What if you cannot help?

We say so plainly. If we know a better direction, we point you to it.
