Terms

1. Free problem review. A review is a short, informational opinion based only on what you send us. It is not a guarantee, an audit or a certification. You decide what to do with it and are responsible for changes you make to your own systems.
2. Availability. We take only a few reviews each week and may decline any request.
3. Paid work. Paid work starts only after you accept a written quote that sets out scope, price, timeline and exclusions, and after the deposit is paid. Anything outside the quote needs a new quote.
4. Access and data. We do not need access to your systems for a review. For paid work, we agree on access in writing, prefer staging or read-only access, and do not keep copies of customer personal data.
5. What you send. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it contains no passwords, keys or customer personal data.
6. Lawful work only. We do not take work that bypasses logins, evades terms of service or blocks, collects personal data without a lawful basis, sends spam, or breaks the law.
7. No warranty. The site and free reviews are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from acting on a free review.
8. Changes. We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
