What we collect. The details you type into the form: name or handle if you give one, email, the problem description, scale, timezone and budget range. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and request time, which we use to block spam and abuse. If you email us or message our Facebook Page, we receive what you send there.

Why. To read your problem, reply to you, and prepare a quote if you ask for one. We also look at submissions together, without names, to understand which problems are most common.

What we do not do. We do not sell or rent your information or share it for marketing. We do not add you to a newsletter. We ourselves add no analytics or advertising trackers.

Edge security. The site sits behind our iNET OneShield security and CDN layer. That layer may set a cookie named __osh_v and run its own bot-check and performance scripts. Those come from the edge, not from scripts we add to the pages.

Service providers. The site runs on a rented server. Notification emails go through our email provider.

How long we keep it. Until you ask us to delete it.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, tokens or customer personal data.
